【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoverscountingandsizingairborneparticulatematter5x00B5;mandlarger(macroparticles).Thesamplingareasarespecificallythosewithcontaminationlevelstypicalofcleanroomsanddust-controlledareas.1.2ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
