【摘要】:ThispartofIEC1300describesthetesttodeterminethedependenceofreturnlossofasinglemodefibreopticcomponentonthestateofpolarization(SOP)ofthelightpassingthroughthecomponent.Returnlossistheabsolutevalueoftheratioindecibelsofthetotalreflectedpowertotheincidentpowerfromanopticalfibrelinkorsystem.SincetheSOPoflightinacomponentisgenerallyindeterminateandinfactoftenchangingasafunctionoftime,acomponentthatexhibitspolarizationdependencewillhavevaryingreturnlossinasystem.Thisprocedurecanbeappliedtoanysinglemodepassivecomponentandinterconnectingdevice,includingattenuators,isolators,branchingdevices,switches,connectors,andsplices,ifapplicable.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesamethodforthedeterminationofflexuralpropertiesoftextileglassreinforcedplasticsintheformofrectangularbarsofstandardornon-standarddimensions,mouldeddirectlyorcutfromsheetsorothermouldedshapes.Itonlyappliestosimple,freelysupportedbeams,loadedatmid-span(threepointloadingtest).Thefollowingpropertiesmaybedeterminedusingthemethoddescribed:1Theflexuralstressandthedeflectionatbreakofmaterialsthatbreakbefore,orat,theconventionaldeflection.2Theflexuralstressattheconventionaldeflectionofmaterialsthatdonotbreakbefore,orat,theconventionaldeflection.3Theflexuralstressatthemaximumforceformaterialsthatshowmaximumforcebefore,orat,theconventionaldeflection.4Theflexuralstressatbreakoratmaximumforce,whentheconventionaldeflectionisexceeded,ifsorequiredbythematerialspecification.NOTE.Iftheconventionaldeflectionisexceededitmaynotbepossibletomakedirectcomparisonofresultsofflexuralstressontestspecimensofdifferentthicknesses.5Optional:theapparentmodulusofelasticityinflexure(modulusofelasticitydeterminedbyflexuretest).NOTE.ThemodulusofelasticityinflexureistobeconsideredonlyasanapproximatevalueofYoung'smodulusofelasticity.note:*Itmaybeusefultoprovideanoptionalmethodinwhichtheforceisappliedbytwoloadingnoses(fourpointloadingtest).Afourpointloadingtestallowsmeasurementofapureflexuralforceinthemiddlepartofthetestspecimen.Thecompressivestressesduetothetwocentralnosesaremuchlowerincomparisonwiththestressesinducedundertheonecentralloadingnoseofthethreepointtest.(ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverthefourpointloadingtest.)
